The Company

A chartered environmental consultancy with over two decades of trading that provides Ecology and Landscape Design across the UK but specifically in the Southeast.

An experienced team of Ecologists, Arboricultural Consultants, Tree surveyors, Landscape planners & Architects.

The Role – Senior Ecologist

You will be joining a mixed experienced ecology team from Principal to Assistant level. Where you will provide expert advice on ecological assessments that support commissions for the green infrastructure sector, public sector, property sector and development projects.

You will be given ecological project ownership and accountability whilst supporting the environmental team in delivering ecological services across the UK but specifically in the Southeast.

Essential Attributes

• Preliminary Ecology Appraisals
• Ecological Impact Assessments
• Habitats Regulations Assessments
• Phase 2 habitat surveys
• Degree in relevant field
• Hold a UK driving licence, be prepared to travel to different sites and to work ecology survey hours

Desirable Attributes

• Biodiversity Net Gain
• The ability to take the lead as a Project Director on larger projects
• Strong report writing and reviewing capabilities
