I spoke to Jim from CleanTech Talent on several occasions as I have been trying to change my career and had made my CV available for various recruiters to find. From the point of someone looking for a new role, I would say I am impressed that he took a note of the type of career development I am aiming for and would only contact me if something was a match, and with high probability of proceeding to an interview. This is something very important for me as due to busy family life right now I have very little time available to search for opportunities.
